MediSave
Healthcare
MediSave is the part of your CPF set aside for healthcare. A portion of monthly CPF contributions goes into the MediSave Account, which can be used to pay for approved medical expenses for yourself and immediate family, such as hospital stays, certain outpatient treatments, approved chronic disease management and health insurance premiums. There are withdrawal limits for different treatments to make the savings last, and a Basic Healthcare Sum caps how much you can hold, with excess flowing to other CPF accounts. Approved uses, limits and the Basic Healthcare Sum are subject to the latest rules.
