Rule one, never badmouth your current boss even if he deserves it, because the interviewer immediately imagines you saying the same about them next time. I frame it around growth ceiling: I've delivered X and Y in my current role, but the team structure means limited runway for the regional exposure I want, and this role clearly offers that. Then I make it specific to THEIR company, mention an actual project or market they're in. That turns a running-away answer into a running-towards answer, which is what hiring managers want to hear.
