DSA (Direct School Admission)
Education
Direct School Admission lets students seek a place in certain secondary schools or junior colleges based on talents and achievements before national exam results are released. Students may apply on the strength of abilities in areas such as sports, the arts, or specific academic domains. If successful, they secure a place ahead of the normal posting exercise but must still meet any minimum requirements and generally cannot transfer out easily afterwards. It is meant to recognise talents that written exams may not capture. Application windows, participating schools and conditions are subject to the latest rules.
