Concrete moves that worked for me with a credit-stealer: 1) Send your work to the boss directly via email before the meeting, "Hi boss, sharing the analysis I did on X ahead of our discussion." Now it's timestamped as yours. 2) In the meeting, speak to your own work: "Yes, when I ran that analysis I found..." claim it verbally in a calm, factual way. 3) Cc relevant people when you hand things off so the origin is visible. I did this and within two cycles the boss knew exactly who did what, and the colleague quietly stopped because the trick no longer worked. Don't confront him publicly, you'll look petty. Let the documentation do the talking. If it persists, a private word with your manager framed as "I want to make sure contributions are visible" is fair game.
